Piercing Aftercare
A new piercing requires proper aftercare, follow these steps in aiding your piercing(s) healing process:
- Wash hands before touching piercing.
- Spray with saline wound wash twice a day.
- Avoid touching the piercing as it will introduce bacteria.
- DO NOT use rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide.
- Avoid swimming pools.
- Use Tea Tree oil if a piercing bump appears.
- Avoid sleeping on the piercing side if possible, may cause swelling and irritation.
