At Elevn11 Studios, all body jewelry is final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing.
Final Sale Policy
- All jewelry purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once shipped or picked up.
- Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on worn or opened jewelry.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of deliveryat elevn11studios@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.
- Approved returns will receive a replacement or store credit after the item is returned unused and in its original packaging.
Threadless Jewelry Disclaimer
Most of our jewelry uses a treadless push-pin system with a flat back post and a small pin that inserts into the post.
Please handle your jewelry carefully and follow these instructions:
- Insert the post through the back of the pierced hole.
- Insert the pin about one-third of the way into the post.
- Gently bend the pin slightly to create tension-this is what holds it securely in place.
- Do not force or over-bend the pin, as this can cause it to snap or loosen.
- Any bent, broken, or damaged pins due to improper handling are not eligible for return or replacement.
